Blog 2: The best vacation ever

The best vacation ever for me, was a trip with my girlfriend Catalina and two other friends. We went to some places in the south of Chile, specifically Chiloe island, Lemuy island, Puerto Varas, and then we finished in Concepcion, because Catalina is from there. It was last summer, in February. We were one week in Chiloe island and nearby, and two weeks in Concepcion.

It was so wonderful. To me, was the second time I traveled alone without family and was so much joy! My girlfriend and I connect more, we meet new places, do trekking, discover places in which we were absolutely alone, hear a lot of birds, do kayak, go to party, get drunk, falling in love (just my girlfriend and I, love you guys).

In Lemuy we went to Detif town. There we did a trekking to the Voladora’s viewpoint, and then the trekking was down to the coast. And when we were reaching the coast, we feel smoke from a fire. We thought it was fire in the forest, we felt scared, and we tried to get there as quickly as posible. At the end, result to be a woman who was setting fire some papers and stuff. I talk to her to know if it was in control, and she said yes. We decided to move away, because it was really scary, because in that part of the island was only the five of us, (us, and the person who was making fire XD)
